This cleansing polish powder is designed to clean the small grooves and crevices on the surfaces of griddles to lift dirt and grime and bring back their original glow and shine. Because it is a dry powder that contains no soaps or detergents and will not contaminate cooking oil, it is ideal for use on the surfaces of deep fryers as well.
To use on a griddle, pre-clean using Noble Chemical Griddle Kleen or Noble Chemical Chrome Griddle Kleen. Use as directed. Once completed, lightly sprinkle the Griddle Kleen polish powder on a dry cloth and wipe the surface of your grill or fryer, going with the grain, to clean. Wipe the powder off with a dry, soft cloth, and rinse the surface with clean water. To use on a fryer, lightly sprinkle Griddle Kleen cleanser polish powder on a damp cloth and wipe surfaces clean. Rinse surface thoroughly with clean water. This cleaning powder does not leave behind any sticky film or residue, leaving your grill and fryer surfaces sparkling!
