This kit includes a dish machine and a compatible 18" stand. Featuring a sleek, stainless steel construction, this machine allows you to successfully clean up to 27 racks per hour using 0.6 gallons of water per rack. For added convenience, it also includes a built-in booster heater, and an exclusive Sani-Sure feature aids in assuring proper temperatures throughout operation. For maximum cleaning power, the unit features several bonus cycles. The fresh water rinse works to prevent possible contamination, and the deliming mode quickly removes hard water deposits.

This kit includes an 18" stand that allows you to easily increase the working height of the dishwasher. By increasing the working height of your dish machine, your employees will bend over fewer times, experiencing less back strain when loading and unloading. These factors improve employee safety and allow your employees to work more efficiently! Plus, the stand is constructed from durable stainless steel, so it stands up against the rigors of any bustling business.

Once your dish machine is properly installed on the stand, operation is easy! Simply press the button on the machine, and the unit automatically fills. You can easily track the machine's progress with the timer, which can be set to extend cycle times as desired. To accommodate a variety of drain installations, the drain automatically pumps while the unit runs with the powerful 1 hp wash pump.
