This unit uses just 0.89 gallons of water per cycle, making it economical to operate and friendly to the environment. A built-in 12.9 kW, 70 degree rise booster heater and Sani-Sure feature ensure proper rinse water temperatures and effective sanitizing. In addition, specially designed stainless steel nozzles provide superior cleaning action while preventing clogs.
Other helpful features of the Noble Warewashing HT-180 high temperature dishwasher include top-mounted controls for easy operation, and 4 selectable wash cycles (Normal, Medium, Heavy, Extra Heavy).
